First, let me tell you this...

Facilitation is one of the most reliable and "future-proof" skills you can count on. So it makes me eye roll that it’s such an underrated skill. 

I’ve facilitated hundreds of workshops and meetings over my 20-year career, from design sprints to leadership programs to change and transformation.
